All Technic Tool Supply tools and equipment are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of delivery to user. Warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or by failing to follow instructions regarding use. This warranty also will not apply if the tool(s) or equipment has been worn out. The exclusive remedy for any item found to be defective under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective tool or piece of equipment. Technic Tool shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Final determination of defects shall be made by Technic Tool Supply in accordance with procedures established by Technic Tool Supply. This warranty does not apply to production related work. Please note that Technic Tool Supply tools are designed as "hand tools"! using them together with power/impact tools will automatically void any warranty!

Normally we send packages via UPS surface. Next-Day-Air,
Second-Day-Air or Third-Day-Saver services also available upon request.
C.O.D. available only inside the US. Outside the US only prepaid package will be
sent.
C.O.D. tag and shipping charges are all extra and will be added to your invoice.

We accept Visa/Master Card, Cash (US Funds only), certified check and company check with approved credit references. No private check please!
Returns:
Returns are allowed with Technic Tool authorization number only. Customer responsible to pay for shipping. A 15% restocking charge will be made when goods are returned where no error on our part exists.
